SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Alan Fox, the Managing Director, has been actively involved in the profession for over 42 years. He has Diplomas and Certificates in subjects directly related to the building trade, and in related subjects including Economics and Law. He has held posts with Regional Contractors ranging from Foreman, Site Agent, Contracts Manager, through to Managing Director of a Regional Contractor. His responsibilities have included Design, Estimating; Management; Surveying, and Health and Safety on major contracts for a Local Authority, with Private; Local Authority; Regional Health Authority, and Commercial Clients. He was also a representative on NFBTE Regional Health and Safety Committee. Alan is also an expert witness in Building Disputes.

• Licentiate of the Institute of Building
• Associate of The Chartered Institute of Building

Chris Roscoe has 20 years extensive experience with responsibilities ranging from site surveying, staff and project management and client liaison. He has implemented the transition from manual processes to the use of  AutoCAD. He recently attended a professional development course in building legislation.

Alan Fox set up the company in 1982, developing from Fox Contract Services to Fox Associates, Building Consultants.
